Craig Hogg

Craig Hogg is a seasoned property investor, renovator, and founder of The Edge Property Buyers which was established in 2016. Originally from Sydney’s Inner West, Craig began his professional journey in hospitality management and commercial IT sales, gaining international experience across Europe and Australia. 

Craig’s long-standing passion for real estate led him to Washington Brown Tax Depreciation, where he spent 14 years as the National Manager. During his tenure, he oversaw the delivery of over 120,000 tax depreciation reports across both residential and commercial property sectors. Under his leadership, Washington Brown became a market leader in property-related tax deductions, working with major clients including CoreLogic/RP Data, Commonwealth Bank, Suncorp, Meriton Apartments, Savills, CBRE, Knight Frank, and LJ Hooker, among many others. 

Throughout his career, Craig has gained firsthand insight into a wide range of investment strategies, learning from both successful and unsuccessful approaches. He has also built an extensive professional network comprising property developers, investors, accountants, financial advisers, mortgage brokers, project marketers, and real estate professionals. 

Motivated by a desire to help others make informed, long-term property decisions, Craig established The Edge Property Buyers to provide strategic guidance to investors in Brisbane. 

Outside of property, Craig is passionate about sport, travel, and has a long-held dream of sailing through the Whitsundays.
