Stephen Glynn

Stephen is a multi-millionaire property investor with a diversified portfolio spanning Brisbane, Melbourne, and Geelong. Originally from Ireland, Stephen migrated to Australia in 2009 and spent over a decade working in civil construction. While progressing through various roles in the industry, he began building his own property portfolio and soon found himself advising colleagues on how to do the same.

This passion for helping others build wealth through real estate led Stephen to transition full-time into the property sector in 2021. He began working closely with investors along the eastern seaboard, guiding them to make informed, strategic acquisitions and avoid common pitfalls in the market. 

Recognising the significant infrastructure investment and population growth occurring across South East Queensland—particularly in the lead-up to the 2032 Brisbane Olympics—Stephen shifted his focus to Brisbane. In 2024, he joined The Edge Property Buyers as a Director. Joining one of the most established and well respected buyers agencies in Brisbane. In 2025 Stephen guided The Edge on its first state expansion, The Edge has now brought its proven formula for successful investing to the Melbourne market.
