Us: We attend a single physical property, walkthrough inspection, recording video and photographing the property on your behalf from a buyers perspective.
Video can be live-streamed or recorded. If recorded, files will be shared via a link within 24 hours of recording, allowing you time to promptly review the files.

Real Property Buyer Video Inspection/Appraisal/Due Diligence
You Overseas/Interstate buyer or simply too busy to Inspect and research a property you are looking to purchase.
Weconduct a single physical property walkthrough inspection, we record raw video and photograph the property on your behalf. We will then provide an appraisal based on recent sales in the area, conduct basic due diligence by providing flood check reports and utility information (where available) affecting the property. The fee also includes a single SQM Research Postcode Report.
